On February 17, 2021, Lenta PLC changed its law by way of redomiciliation, obtaining the status of an international company in accordance with the Federal Law of the Russian Federation "On International Companies and International Funds" dated August 3, 2018, and was registered as an International Company Public Joint Stock Company "Lenta" (ICPJSC "Lenta").
